File Format and Size

Acceptable File Types are jpg and png.
Filenames should be in the form: YourName_TitleOfArtwork_Medium_Size.filetype (for example: WinstonChurchill_PondInTheBackYard_Oil_24x30.jpg).
File size should be around 1 to 2 MB and image width of 1500 to 2500 pixels.

Photographing your art

2-d art should be photographed without frame or glazing. The photo should be taken straight on, with no distortions or skewing.
3-d art should be photographed against a neutral or blurred background.

Submitting your art

Submit one image for 2-D art and up to 3 images for 3-D art.
Incorrectly named, grainy or warped images will be returned. The artist may resubmit after corrections have been made.
Artists may submit watermarked images for their artist gallery if desired. Watermarked images will be accepted for the artist gallery only.
Images are generally submitted to eastvalleyartists@gmail.com unless otherwise indicated. Please include a subject line explaining what the images are for.
